Jobany Bedoya

Director of Development

Jobany’s love for the community and empowering others has been his passion for many years. He completed his Associate’s Degree in Business Studies at Harrisburg Area Community College in 2014. His previous professional experiences include small business support, banking, retail management, and operating his own small business called Red Tie Affairs, a bi-lingual DJ and event planning service.

Jobany has served on a variety of nonprofit boards and committees in Lancaster County such as the Spanish American Civic Association (SACA), Latino Vision Association (LVA), Latin American Cultural Center (LACC), and he was the founder of Union Colombiana in 2013. He currently serves as the Board President for The Council on Chemical Abuse and is on the Board of Directors for the Olivet Boys and Girls Club.

During his free time, Jobany enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three children Melany, Lucas, and Marcus. He loves playing different sports such as basketball, volleyball, and soccer, and also coaches boy’s soccer and basketball in his hometown of Ephrata. He is very passionate about his work, community, and family.
