Emerging Leaders Reimagined is an intensive executive-level training program to accelerate the growth of high potential small businesses.  This program is designed to provide free\, comprehensive business coaching and education to CEOs of small businesses looking to take their businesses to the next level. \nThe program is community-based and supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The curriculum is taught by experienced Subject Matter Experts and includes a mix of virtual and in-person sessions. You will have the opportunity to learn from a cohort of accomplished peers with diverse perspectives and life experiences\, and to build a nationwide business network for life.  T.H.R.I.V.E. helps business owners become more effective leaders\, learn how to acquire financing\, scale their revenue\, and leverage networking with other entrepreneurs. \n  \nELIGIBILITY CRITERIA \nThe T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined advanced training series is open to small business owners and executives who:\n● Have annual revenues of at least $250\,000\n● Have been in business for at least three years\n● Have at least one employee other than themselves\n● Can commit to completing the entire program\, including coaching\, submitting assignments\, participating during in-person sessions\, and reaching out for help\n● Are coachable\, ready to be challenged and supported\, and willing to put in the necessary work to accelerate growth \n  \nEssential details about T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined:\n● Applications are open through April 30\, 2024\n● The program runs from June to December 20\, 2024\n● Attendance is required for the eight in-person sessions at your local cohort \n  \nPROGRAM SCHEDULE \nThe 2024 cohorts run from June 20th through December 20th.
