Lunch will be catered by Butter & Bean Cafe. \nTamra Miller-Spence has worked in the mental health field since 2010 in varying capacities such as behavioral technician\, special needs’ camp counselor\, psychological evaluator\, behavioral specialist among others. She has a passion for guiding and teaching individuals how to uncover and sustain the best versions of themselves. She has been a doula since 2022\, which came about after experiencing her own struggles with postpartum anxiety and experiencing the lack of continuity of care for mamas. Tamra opened Redemption Wellness Services\, LLC in December 2022\, where she serves children through elderly aged for a host of concerns-particularly trauma\, grief\, and perinatal mental health. Tamra predominantly works with trauma survivors presently\, using IFS and EMDR therapy. \nRegister
