In June, a class of ten incredible social enterprise entrepreneurs will be selected from a pool of applicants for the Incubator, an 8-week intensive training process.
At the conclusion, The Final Five are selected and paired with mentors to prepare for an additional 2 weeks & the big day — a chance to showcase their idea in front of a live audience.
Participants compete for cash prizes and the chance to be Lancaster’s newest innovative business idea!
During the event and while judges are deliberating, we’ll be showcasing the talents of local musicians and creatives. Think of it as a party with a purpose.

ASSETS has played a major part in where I am today. With the help of the Women’s Business Center at ASSETS, I was able to narrow down my ideas, use my talents, and get the resources needed to be where I am today: a proud owner of Cafe 301.
