Tom Malesic

Tom Malesic is the founder and CEO of EZSolution, a Lancaster-based company that provides digital marketing, consulting, and IT support services for small businesses.

As a business strategist and entrepreneur, Tom leads the company’s efforts to help clients solve real-world challenges with practical, result-driven solutions.

He launched EZSolution in 1997, building websites for local businesses at the dawn of the internet. Under his leadership, the company earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America. Tom is also a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Labor Relations, Sales, and Marketing, and recently published a book on small business marketing, They’re Looking for You.

Tom is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, especially those with limited access to resources. He’s a long-term supporter of ASSETS Lancaster, where he shares his expertise to help underrepresented business owners grow and thrive.

He lives in Lancaster with his wife Jennifer and their son Ryan. Outside of work, he enjoys Golfing, Kayaking, reading, and exploring new technologies.
