Welcoming Maian McCauley as CEO of ASSETS
ASSETS is excited to welcome Maian McCauley as our new Chief Executive Officer!
Maian officially stepped into the role on March 9, bringing more than 14 years of experience in financial services and a deep commitment to supporting entrepreneurs throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Throughout her career, Maian has focused on building strong relationships with small business owners and helping them navigate the challenges of growth. Most recently, she served as Business Banking Relationship Manager and Vice President at M&T Bank, where she worked closely with entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
Maian is not new to the ASSETS community. Prior to becoming CEO, she volunteered her time as a member of the organization’s Advancement Committee, supporting ASSETS’ work to expand opportunities for our community of entrepreneurs.
Born and raised in Lancaster, Maian developed an early appreciation for community, culture, and the power of local business. Those early experiences helped shape her belief that strong local businesses are essential to thriving neighborhoods and long term economic opportunity. She is a proud graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, and her career has remained closely connected to the community where she grew up.
Her leadership and community impact have been recognized with the 2016 Lancaster Young Professionals Influencer Award and the 2023 J.P. McCaskey Distinguished Alumni Award.
Maian is passionate about building an economy that puts people first, where entrepreneurship creates opportunity, builds generational wealth, and strengthens communities. As CEO, she looks forward to expanding access to resources, investing in local talent, and ensuring aspiring business owners have the support they need to succeed.
As CEO, Maian will help guide ASSETS’ continued work to expand access to business resources and strengthen opportunities for entrepreneurs.
