Shaped by an early career in New York City and Hong Kong, Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in global financial markets, underwriting, and strategic analysis. Her background spans equity research, corporate banking, investment banking, and market risk, giving her a deep and practical understanding of complex financial and lending decisions.

During her time at Bloomberg, Scotiabank, and BMO Capital Markets, Caitlin built strong expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and analyzing companies from middle-market businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Now focused on community impact, she applies that analytical rigor to support small businesses and entrepreneurs. She is especially passionate about expanding access to capital, strengthening local economies, and making lending decisions that balance sound financial principles with real-world community needs. Caitlin is motivated by work that blends finance with purpose and by helping people build resilient businesses and lasting opportunity.

She holds a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University and a dual Master’s degree in Finance from New York University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with family, and cheering on Philly sports.
