Carol Eby-Good

One of Carol’s deeply held values is contributing to creating a community where everyone can thrive. She is glad for the opportunity to join ASSETS’ work cultivating entrepreneurial leadership.

Carol’s career has focused on administration, human resources, and event planning in the non-profit sector. Before coming to ASSETS, she worked at Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) as constituent engagement manager and at Mennonite Central Committee in the human resources department. She is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite College (now University) with a B.A. in business administration and Penn State with a master’s degree in public administration.

Carol has lived in Lancaster City for over 30 years with her husband, Michael, their young adult children, and their dog. She is a member of Community Mennonite Church of Lancaster where she serves on the staff relations committee and teaches the 2-year-old to pre-K class. Her favorite things to do include going out for ice cream, shopping at Central Market, trying new restaurants, exploring the trails at Lancaster Conservancy properties, kayaking on the Conestoga River, attending concerts, plays, and musicals, birdwatching, and sitting on her front porch doing crossword puzzles, reading, or knitting.
