Champagne Domingo

Champagne Domingo is the founder and owner of Uni-Vision Childcare, a pioneering Spanish immersion childcare center located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Established in 2015, Uni-Vision Childcare is recognized as Lancaster County’s first Spanish Immersion child care center. Her program focuses on the acquisition and development of the Spanish language, offering students the ability to become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural at a very young age.

In 2019, Champagne’s innovative vision earned her the top prize at ASSETS Great Social Enterprise Pitch. Her leadership continues to drive Uni-Vision’s mission to provide high quality, language rich environments for young learners. She is scheduled to open two new centers in the near future.

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Champagne actively participates in community events and forums. She has been a panelist for ASSETS Lancaster’s “She Owns It” forum, sharing her experiences and insights to inspire fellow female entrepreneurs.

Champagne’s dedication to early childhood education and her commitment to fostering bilingualism have made Uni-Vision Childcare a valued institution in Lancaster, positively impacting numerous families in the community. She brings a deep commitment to equity, entrepreneurship and community impact to the ASSETS board.
