Jose Garcia

Jose brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy, helping organizations connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. A Lancaster City native, he earned his Bachelor’s in Corporate Communications from Elizabethtown College and his Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Lasell University. Today, he’s proud to support ASSETS’ mission to create more opportunities for BIPOC and women-owned businesses in the community.

As the owner of Mocha Motion Coffee, a coffee truck serving the Lancaster area, Jose understands the ins and outs of running a small business. This hands-on experience has taught him to be flexible and quick to adapt—skills he brings to his role as Marketing Manager at ASSETS.

When he’s not working, Jose enjoys supporting local businesses, especially Lancaster’s diverse food scene. He’s also big on spending time with family, making beats, and vibing to good music.
