Maian McCauley

Maian is a Lancaster native and banking professional with more than 14 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening Lancaster County’s small business community. A proud graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, she has built her career advising business owners, fostering strong relationships, and leading teams focused on economic growth.

Her leadership has been recognized with the Lancaster Young Professionals Influencer Award and the J.P. McCaskey Distinguished Alumni Award. Outside of work, Maian enjoys learning new skills, cooking, and exploring Lancaster’s food scene with her family.
