Rhonda is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience, known for her compassionate approach to finance and dedication to community service. Rhonda is a widow, mother of three, and grandmother of five grandchildren.
Rhonda has built her career on the pillars of continuous improvement and leadership in tax and finance. Since April 2024, she has served as Finance Specialist at ASSETS, where she leverages her expertise to inspire and support local entrepreneurs, contributing to sustainable business growth in her community.
Rhonda’s academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Dominican College, followed by an MBA in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. She founded the Harrison Foundation, which offers support and resources for caregivers and the bereaved, further demonstrating her commitment to making a difference. Additionally, she owns and operates Queen Transportation & Consulting, LLC, where she provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, training, and strategic planning services, enabling small businesses to thrive.
Her dedication extends beyond her professional roles to various board memberships, including the Lancaster Chamber Discovering Paths and the Lancaster Redevelopment Fund. She has also held leadership roles on the Leadership Lancaster Executive Board and the Institute of Management Accountants. Through these positions, Rhonda contributes her insights and experiences to foster community development and economic revitalization.
Rhonda is also a published author, having penned “Poems from the Village,” reflecting her spiritual and reflective side. She enjoys reading, writing, community service, and mentoring, bringing a holistic approach to both her professional and personal life. Driven by a desire to uplift and empower, Rhonda is focused on creating positive impacts and nurturing the potential within her community.
