Rosa Mercado

Rosa Mercado was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School. She continued her education at HACC and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Millersville University. Rosa’s career began as a Contracted Civilian for the U.S NAVY and continued her career in finance with Fulton Bank and Community First Fund where she gained experience in many areas of banking and a focus on Commercial Lending and Loan Processing. Rosa has a desire to use her knowledge and experience to assist in creating lending opportunities for women and minorities. Rosa believes developing and implementing programs that focus on creating small business opportunities for women and minorities in the community will also contribute to career opportunities for women and minorities.
