Yessenia Rios

Yessenia Rios serves as the Vice President Community Lender for York, Adams, and Franklin Counties for Community First Fund, a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).

Ms. Rios holds a dual bachelor’s degree in science and organizational Behavior from Albright College, in addition to a master’s in business administration from Elizabethtown College.

Background includes over 15 years of knowledge and experience within the consumer and commercial financial industry. Previous roles include Market Manager for Citadel Federal Credit Union, Credit Analyst, and Community Lender for Community First Fund, and VP Relationship Manager II for Community Development Banking with PNC Bank’s Central Pennsylvania territory.

Ms. Rios’ passion aligns with the community’s needs in providing affordable housing and capital for organizations throughout low-to-moderate-income neighborhoods.
