Honoring Jaime Arroyo’s Leadership and Looking Ahead

At ASSETS, change is part of growth, and today we’re stepping into a meaningful moment of transition.

We are proud to share that our CEO, Jaime Arroyo, will be stepping down from his role at ASSETS effective January 4th, 2025, as he prepares to serve as the next Mayor of Lancaster City. Jaime’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing our mission, positioning ASSETS as a regional force in equitable entrepreneurship and inclusive economic development.

Under Jaime’s guidance, we deepened our impact, expanded access to capital, and empowered a new generation of resilient, values-driven entrepreneurs. His tenure has been marked by his bold vision and compassionate leadership.

Stepping In, Moving Forward

As we look ahead, we are pleased to announce that Andres Zorrilla, ASSETS’ current Director of Administration, has been named Interim CEO. Andres brings a strong operational lens and a deep commitment to our mission. His leadership will ensure continuity as we enter this new chapter.

The Board of Directors has also engaged the North Group to lead a national search for our next CEO, someone who will continue to build on Jaime’s legacy while charting new paths toward a human-centered economy.

Focused on Impact

Our focus is clear: support resilient leaders, expand economic opportunity, and drive meaningful impact in the communities we serve. With a strong foundation and the support of our partners, we are ready for what’s next.

Thank you for believing in our mission and walking alongside us. The work continues, and we’re just getting started.
