Luiz Quiroz, the owner of Chellas Arepa Kitchen, has been part of the ASSETS family since 2020. We first worked with him on business operations and management, offering guidance through the challenges of COVID-19. Fast forward to 2023, Luiz secured a $10,000 ROC loan from us, which came with a 30% grant match—an extra $3,000 to help fuel his business growth.

But his journey didn’t stop there. We connected him with the SBA, and this year, he proudly graduated from their THRIVE program for business owners. It’s been incredible to see Luiz’s hard work and resilience pay off, and we’re excited to continue cheering him on as he takes Chellas Arepa Kitchen to new heights!
