Business 101: Get Lean

The Lean Start-up Model enables entrepreneurs to strategize a Minimum Viable Product around the needs and desires of their customers and to more easily adapt to changes as they grow their business. Entrepreneurs will discover innovative ways to launch their Minimal Viable Product in a cost-effective way while implementing a foundation for future social and/or environmental impact.
